The Plush Round Gel Hot/Cold Pack has a plush backing and an elastic strap and can be used as a hot or as a cold compress. For hot pack, simply place in a microwave for 15 seconds, add additional 5 second intervals until desired temperature is reached . For use as a cold pack, place it in the freezer for 2 hours.
